How it works
1 – Can I send my product using International delivery?
- Almost everything on bloomfed.com can be sent internationally.
2 – Where can I send my product?
- You can send to over 60 countries.
- Choose your delivery country at checkout and enter your address.
3 – Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
- You will have to pay any relevant local import taxes, duties and charges.
4 – How do I track my order?
- Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as another email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order. For more details on how to track your order
- All International orders are sent using a secure signed for delivery service.
- That’s it! All you have to do is wait for your beautifully packaged parcel to arrive.
There are some products that are unavailable for International Delivery. This can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions, warranties or logistical limitations that prevent us from sending products outside of the UK. This affects products such as technology, fragrance, aerosols and fresh produce. If we cannot sell a product using International Delivery we will always show you on the product page.
Also, in some cases, some countries restrict the import of specific product categories. This includes products such as alcohol to China, the Middle East, Turkey and America as well as cosmetics to China. We will always tell you before payment if we are unable to deliver any item to your chosen delivery country.
In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our courier’s website.

We currently deliver to over 60 countries and are always adding new destinations. .
This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered, must be returned in an unused and unopened state within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.
If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.
If you pass that date we offer an extra 14 days to return the item in exchange for a coupon valid 1 month.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
We cover easy and free returns for all domestic orders over £75.. For all orders below that price, you will have to cover the price of the return. Please make sure you include your order number and contact details within the parcel.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the 14-day window aforementioned, we will refund you by the method you paid.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We might however delay the refund If we haven’t received the item within that time window, or we don’t receive evidence that the item was returned.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount including shipping cost, unless you have chosen a non-standard delivery method such as expedite or express shipping.
We may not refund the shipping cost for orders that are partially returned.
